We can communicate with animals, and they communicate with us. On the most basic levels, they communicate love and caring, and invite us to connect with those resonating parts of ourselves.

People who have pets live longer. There is healing in a human-pet relationship.

Pets, and in fact all animals, are also a part of the collective consciousness.
